How to Make Taco Seasoning from Scratch!

Spread the love

Taco seasoning is one thing that’s really easy to just do the easy way – meaning that so many people just buy a seasoning packet and toss is into browned ground beef. However, making taco seasoning from scratch is easy, cheaper than using seasoning packets, healthier, and tastes far better.

Fresh is always better, and using a taco seasoning recipe instead of a seasoning packet is one example of this. Using the spices and herbs you probably already have in your cabinet will give you (if you choose to make enough seasoning to store), a great supply that you can keep and hold for delicious dish after delicious dish, and will cost you less than a dollar to make enough for several meals.

Not only this, put seasoning packets do contain a decent amount of “filler” and corn starch that (especially if you’re watching your carbohydrate intake) will wreck your diet and cheapen the taste of the dish. With taco seasoning so easy to create by yourself, why not take 2-3 minutes and combine these basic ingredients to make a quick and delicious taco seasoning?
