It’s well-known to people that know us that London is our favorite city not only in Europe, but probably the world. It’s hard to say why exactly, but there really is no substitute for London, nor any place like it. LOCATION
Pimlico, the area The Belgrave Hotel is located in, is a subset of Westminster in what is termed “Inner London”. Westminster is perhaps the most oft-visited and desired part of London. Pimlico, however, is a different area from the rest of Westminster. While there’s plenty to do, and is very near primary locations like Victoria Station, the Thames River, Big Ben, and Westminster Abbey, Pimlico is a quaint and charming neighborhood that actually sits away from the bustle of central Westminster.
Ultimately, The Belgrave Hotel is in the best part of the most visited borough of London, which is something that simply can’t be topped.
SERVICE
The service at The Belgrave Hotel was great. Our front desk associates were informative and helpful, and made us feel welcomed.
CLEANLINESS
The Belgrave Hotel gets 4 stars for cleanliness, but none of the “sins” are major. There’s some dust on top of picture frames and curtains, but the beds are nice, with very clean fabric and linens, the carpets are very clean, and you feel very comfortable and welcomed by the appearance of the hotel and the room.
VALUE
For the money, you can’t beat the quality of hotel you get for $125 USD per night. With the location, the cleanliness and the service, it’s a place we have stayed and would definitely stay again.
